WARRANTY
1. Please Check Carefully When You Send In Defective Part(s) For RMA/Warranty. If We Checked The Product Are Issue-Free, Handling and Service Charges Will be Incurred. (Shipping not included)
2. Estimated RMA Process is 3-6 Weeks, Time May Vary Depend On The Product Distributors.
3. Warranty On All Products Sold Is Considered Null And Void Under Any One Of The Following Conditions:
- Warranty Claim Do Not Come With Original Proof Of Purchase/Receipt.
- Warranty Seal/Sticker Is Tear, Broken Or Tempered.
- Misuse, Mishandling, Natural Disaster Or Unauthorised Disassembly.
- Burn Mark Or Any Physical Defect/Damage Caused By End User Or During Deliver / Postage / Courier.
- Modification, Personal Repair Or Excessive Over Clocking Resulting Malfunction.
4. To Claim Warranty, Customer Must Send The Product To Our Shop By Walk-In, Postage Or Same Day Delivery Services Such As Grab / Lalamove (At Customer Own Cost). Same Goes For Collection Once Warranty Completed.
5. Before Sending Product For Warranty, Please Make Sure :
- Product Invoice Attached With The Product
- Customer Name & Contact Attached With The Product
- Description Of The Issue Attached With The Product
- Product Is In FULL-SET
Failing To Do So Will Result In Process Being Delayed.
6. Product after warranty that have not collected within the sixty (60) days after being notified, it will consider your product abandoned . We may dispose of your product without any prior notice to you .
By Sending Products In For RMA We Will Consider Customer Has Agreed To The DNA TECH SOLUTIONS’s Warranty Terms & Conditions.
EXCHANGE
All defective products that need one to one exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase are depends on stock availability and condition of the particular items.
Exchange will not be granted under any one of the following conditions :
- Without Original Proof Of Purchase/Receipt.
- Warranty Seal/Sticker Is Tear, Broken Or Tempered.
- Misuse, Mishandling, Natural Disaster Or Unauthorized Disassembly.
- Burn Mark Or Any Physical Defect/Damage Caused By End User Or During Deliver / Postage / Courier.
- Modification, Personal Repair Or Excessive Over Clocking Resulting Malfunction.
- Online Marketplace Order (E.g. Shopee , Lazada)
- If Customer Happens To Received Defective Products From Online Marketplace, Customer Must Communicate With Our Agent / Request Return From The Respective Marketplace.
